Senior Project Manager P&C Technology(m/w/x)

## Your tasks * In this position, you lead the Technology workstream in our P&C transformation program and work closely with other Project streams to organize, facilitate, and prioritize work packages effectively. * You define and implement the P&C digitalization and technology roadmap (incl. P&C IT Portfolio) while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of digital solutions, workforce experience strategy and self-service functionalities. * You ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. * During the integration of new P&C technologies and MySF Enhancements, you establish alignment with organizational needs, goals, and timelines. * Throughout your workstream, you effectively establish and maintain close relationships with stakeholders by developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan to ensure productive working relationships. * During the implementation of new P&C processes and system, you are developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption (including training sessions and workshops). ## Your profile * You have a master's degree/diploma in IT, Human Resources, or a related field. * You have more than 12 years of experience in project & change management, preferably in an international environment. * P&C or business experience would be an advantage. * Through your skills in leadership and communication as well as a strong understanding of P&C processes and systems, you have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and delivering results on time within budget. * You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and are interested in the latest technological advancements (AI, Intelligent Virtual Agents, Intelligent Process Automation, etc.). * You are fluent in German and English. ## What to expect from OMV At OMV, we are committed to fostering an environment where every individual is given equal opportunities for career advancement.
