- •Plan and implement M&A projects
- •Coordinate acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures
- •Support group companies throughout M&A stages
- •Lead interdisciplinary project groups and consultants
- •Develop detailed project plans
- •Organize and lead project meetings
- •Report regularly on project progress
- •Analyze companies using quantitative criteria
- •Evaluate transactions based on qualitative criteria
- •Collaborate with divisional Business Development units
- •Support Controlling with DCF valuation models
- •Validate results using various valuation approaches
- •Manage and summarize due diligence processes
- •Conduct complex transaction negotiations
- •Draft legal documentation with legal advisors
- •Incorporate specialist input into legal documents
- •Prepare decision papers for top management
- •Present findings to senior leadership
- •Coordinate activities after transaction completion
