Anforderungen
- •3-5 years of project management experience
- •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- •Fluent English and basic German skills
- •Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data
- •Ability to understand and work with clinical study protocols
- •Comfortable working with clients and stakeholders
- •Experience in logistics, clinical supply, medical devices or clinical trial environments

- •Act as the main client contact throughout the project phases
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- •Set up new test kit projects, including kick-off meetings and project specifications
- •Manage documentation, database setup, and procurement support
- •Plan import and distribution logistics for test kits
- •Identify risks early and continuously improve processes
- •Update workflows and standard operating procedures
- •Share knowledge within the team
