# Senior Project Manager - HR SAP Transformation (m/f/d) **In Germany**- Berlin | Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main | Hamburg | Munich We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead one of our most strategic and high-priority initiatives: the global transformation from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors. This role is pivotal to the success of our overall transformation journey. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP program delivery and project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in international and matrixed environments. Key to success in this position is the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes, drive alignment across business and technical functions, and communicate effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives. Preferably in matrix organizations, and professional services such as consulting. * Expertise in Project Controlling: Expert knowledge in time and resource planning, cost calculation, and benefits realization analysis. * Professional Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, proven professional project management experience or certification (ideally PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) * Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills paired with a strategic, conceptual mindset—capable of breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions and driving effective change management across diverse stakeholder groups. * Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in operating at the interface between business and Corporate Functions including IT, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to varied audiences. * Work Ethic & Organization: Structured, independent, and reliable working style, complemented by flexibility and strong organizational talent. * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with full fluency in English (spoken and written). * Methodological Competence: Broad experience in formal project management, including planning, controlling, and monitoring using both classic and agile methodologies. * Mobility: Willingness to travel 4 days per month on average and within Europe. **Please remember to submit your application in English.
