Senior Program Manager HD Therapy System(m/w/x)

In this role, you will manage product functionalities from start to finish, ensuring successful market launches while coordinating with various stakeholders and fostering a culture of innovation across teams.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training or university degree; PhD/MBA or specialized further education; ideally an engineering degree with experience in scientific work, preferably in medical technology/biotechnology
• •In-depth expertise in the development of medical products, including therapeutic and regulatory understanding; ideally experience in hemodialysis or related medical technology fields
• •Proven project management skills with at least 3–5 years of experience, including leading complex projects and presenting project results internally
• •Holistic, structured, and analytical mindset with a high level of personal responsibility; ability to independently develop solutions, consider processes and capacities, set priorities, and flexibly adapt to changing requirements
• •Understanding of market value and positioning of medical solutions
• •Very good German and English skills; willingness to undertake occasional international travel, attend trade fairs, and make regular domestic business trips
