Anforderungen
- •Degree in food technology, ecotrophology, nutritional sciences, or comparable qualification
- •Solid professional experience in product development in food, functional food, or dietary supplements
- •In-depth knowledge of current food and fitness trends
- •Knowledge of food law (LMIV, health claims, novel foods, etc.) desirable
- •Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and structured approach to work
- •Creativity, innovative spirit, and strong affinity for healthy eating and sports
- •Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- •Strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and team spirit
- •Business fluent English; German skills are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop innovative products in sports nutrition and dietary supplements
- •Conceive new product ideas and expand product ranges independently
- •Conduct and evaluate tastings for product optimization
- •Continuously enhance the existing product range
- •Perform market research and trend analysis to identify new developments
- •Organize projects and implement individual project steps independently
- •Search for and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- •Negotiate strategically during annual meetings and promotions
- •Establish risk-minimizing supply chains
- •Participate in trade fairs, events, and supplier meetings as needed
- •Review product compositions for food law compliance
- •Determine back label texts, claims, and advertising statements
- •Consult on product development and manage complaints
- •Maintain product master data in collaboration with other departments
- •Support quality-related tasks, including analyses and incoming goods inspection
- •Create and maintain quality-related documents such as specifications and certificates
