## Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) - Client Experience ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Germering / Germany --- ##### Why should you join? You act as Product Owner for a Scrum team, responsible for internally developed tools that support our partners and customers – e.g. contract administration, license downloads, and related services. You shape the backlog, work closely with developers, QA, Scrum Master and UX, and ensure continuous delivery of value through clearly defined goals and priorities. 1. You define and drive overarching product experience concepts across multiple client-facing portals (e.g. support, learning, partner enablement), which are owned by different departments. Supported by technical and UX experts, you develop cross-portal guidelines for client journeys, integration, data governance and usability to ensure a consistent and effective experience. In both roles, you align stakeholders, ensure clarity in product direction, and actively contribute to a client-centric, coherent experience across all partner- and customer-facing systems. ##### What you need to succeed * Several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, ideally combining product delivery with strategic, cross-system thinking. * You hold a university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field. * A client-centric mindset with the ability to structure and improve journeys across fragmented systems and touchpoints. * Conceptual strength in system design, distributed applications, integrations, and data flows – no coding required, but technical thinking essential. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align multiple teams and departments behind a shared product vision. * A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and keep multiple workstreams in sync. * You’re fluent in using modern AI tools to accelerate your work – for analysis, research, writing, and decision support. * Fluent English; German is a plus but not required. ##### What we can offer There are many great reasons to join DocuWare - our company culture is only one of them.
