## Senior Product Manager – Sales Delivery Transformation (Microsoft Dynamics D365)
Four our client, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, we are searching for an accomplished Senior Product Manager to drive strategic business transformation and continuous improvement in our Sales operations, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service. In this highly visible role, you will own the vision, business case, and roadmap for sales operations and related processes, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. You will act as the business champion for D365 Sales & Customer Service, ensuring that the Sales Organization is empowered with best-in-class tools and optimized processes to achieve growth targets and operational excellence.
## Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and business roadmap for Sales Operations solutions leveraging Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service.
* Lead the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize sales operations, quoting, ordering, and new business processes across global markets.
* Build compelling business cases for new initiatives and improvements, securing executive sponsorship and investment.
* Engage deeply with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather insights, align priorities, and drive change management.
* Translate business goals into requirements, guiding technology and process teams in the design and implementation of solutions.
* Monitor and report on the business impact of new processes and features (e.g., pipeline velocity, revenue growth, win rates, sales productivity).
* Champion user adoption and change management initiatives to maximize business value from D365 Sales investments.
* Benchmark against industry best practices and ensure continuous innovation in sales and sales operations processes.
* Represent the business perspective in governance, steering committees, and executive updates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, or strategic program leadership, preferably in Sales & Operations in a global enterprise.
* Proven track record of delivering business outcomes using CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales.
* Strong understanding of sales operations, lead management, and business development processes.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate business strategy, build consensus, and drive alignment at executive and regional levels.
* Outstanding analytical, presentation, and change leadership skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
