Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in software product management with a technical focus
- •Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and system design
- •Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners
- •Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery
- •Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investment
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management in both business and technical environments
- •Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products
- •Hands-on mentality and ability to build from 0 to 1
- •Experience in a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus
- •Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- •Fluency in German and English
