RABOT Energy is looking for a **Senior****Product Manager **Platform**(Billing & Pricing)** to own one of our most business-critical domains: how we price, meter, and bill for energy. This is not a typical customer-facing product role — it's a foundational one. You'll build the platform that enables all other product teams to correctly and efficiently implement billing and pricing across our ecosystem. We need someone who thrives on structure, impact, and ownership — and who wants to shape the infrastructure that powers energy innovation at scale. ##### Your Impact * Define and develop our internal billing and pricing engine — the systems, APIs, and tooling that ensure accurate, scalable, and flexible pricing logic. * Empower other product teams to seamlessly integrate billing and pricing into their features without duplicating logic or introducing errors. * Turn complex regulatory, financial, and operational requirements into scalable, maintainable systems. * Work with Engineering to guarantee reliable invoice generation, tariff management, and usage-based billing across millions of data points. * Ensure we have clear ownership, documentation, and processes around tariffs, usage, discounts, and invoice logic. * Define key KPIs, track platform performance, and continuously improve systems based on insight and feedback. * Align Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Legal around a shared billing and pricing platform vision. ##### What can you bring * **Proven PM Experience:** Several years of hands-on product management experience — you know how to own a domain end-to-end, align stakeholders, and deliver impact. * **Platform/Product Infrastructure Mindset:** You’ve worked on internal tools, APIs, or technical product platforms that power other teams. * **Impact & Outcome Driven:** You prioritize initiatives based on measurable value and outcomes — not just output. * **Billing Domain Experience:** You’ve worked with invoicing logic, billing flows, or pricing systems in regulated or complex domains (energy, telecom, fintech, etc.). * **Technical Understanding:** You’re comfortable with concepts like APIs, usage data pipelines, pricing engines, and event-driven architecture — and can collaborate deeply with engineers. * **System Design Thinking:** You love building flexible structures that scale, and you think two steps ahead of what the platform might need in the future. * **Clear Communicator:** Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and making complex topics understandable across the org. * **Location:** Be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.
