- •4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- •Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- •Proven experience translating ambiguous opportunities into product initiatives
- •Comfort working with data
- •Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Content, SEO, and Data teams
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience working in Agile product teams
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Experience working on large-scale SEO landing pages
- •Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- •Familiarity with structured data and internal linking strategies
- •Experience in e-commerce, savings, cashback, or comparison platforms

- •Define the product vision for organic traffic growth
- •Translate SEO opportunities into a prioritized product roadmap
- •Focus on traffic quality, engagement, and conversion metrics
- •Understand searcher intent across key verticals
- •Map end-to-end user journeys from keyword to first value
- •Validate ideas through user research and data analysis
- •Iterate on RLP and category page templates
- •Drive on-page SEO improvements, including metadata and internal linking
- •Partner with engineering to enhance crawlability and indexation
- •Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to reinforce content quality
- •Define helpful content patterns that address user problems
- •Build and optimize lead generation entry points
- •Experiment with CTAs and layouts to improve activation rates
- •Reduce friction in signup and onboarding journeys
- •Define and track KPIs for organic growth
- •Monitor organic sessions and user engagement metrics
- •Define clear requirements and acceptance criteria with the squad
- •Manage dependencies with platform and infrastructure teams
- •Lead rollouts and A/B experiments with robust measurement
- •Write concise strategy documents and decision memos
- •Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- •Keep teams aligned on goals and progress
