- •5 years of shop & book API experience in the travel industry
- •Experience with travel-related APIs and booking flows, including GDS and NDC APIs and TMC workflows
- •Collaboration with team members across time zones
- •Experience as a Product Owner in Agile Teams
- •Collaboration with third parties to bring technical solutions to market
- •Ability to align product opportunities with business goals
- •Proficiency in data analysis and running SQL queries
- •Personal experience as a traveler
- •BS degree or equivalent experience, technical background preferred, MBA advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the content strategy and communicate with stakeholders
- •Oversee scoping, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of content integrations
- •Maintain the roadmap for content integrations and upgrades
- •Represent KAYAK to content partners and industry organizations
- •Advocate for supplier enhancements that support the content strategy
- •Stay informed on the competitive landscape and supplier capabilities
- •Work with the supplier relations team to evaluate potential suppliers
- •Ensure compliance with local regulations for bookings
- •Coordinate the roll-out of new product features with suppliers
- •Define and prioritize user problems and needs for content coverage
- •Ensure high booking and servicing success rates across suppliers
- •Measure and analyze insights from product changes and user research
- •Collect feedback from customer support and respond to users
