Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- •5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Strategist in institutional trading, capital markets, or financial services
- •Good understanding of the Institutional FX business
- •Proven experience delivering complex, technology-driven products in a regulated environment
- •Good understanding of Financial APIs in an institutional context
- •Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset
- •Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Fluency in English is mandatory

- •Drive the evolution of institutional trading offerings
- •Define and deliver the product strategy for institutional trading
- •Balance client needs, market evolution, and regulatory constraints
- •Collaborate with Trading Desk, Sales, and Institutional Relationship Managers
- •Translate client needs and market trends into product initiatives
- •Define product success metrics and drive continuous improvement
- •Act as the primary product interface for various teams
- •Ensure alignment across trading and banking products
- •Partner with UX and Design teams for usability and efficiency
- •Drive end-to-end product delivery with Software Engineering teams
- •Support go-to-market activities with Marketing and Sales
- •Maintain understanding of institutional trading workflows
- •Monitor competitors and regulatory developments
- •Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate product decisions
