Anforderungen

•Master’s degree in a technical or economic field
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar in complex product development
•Proven experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Nexus)
•Background in hardware development
•Deep skills in requirement engineering and scope management
•Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination capabilities
•Ability to lead and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
•Empathetic, recipient-oriented communication and confident stakeholder engagement
•Willingness for occasional travel to clients and/or conferences
•Ability/Willingness to develop understanding on topics beyond your professional domain
•Experience in the Oil and Gas industry; preferably with an operator
•Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
•Ability to translate technical capabilities into client value propositions
