- •Design and standardize messaging templates through the Creative Platform
- •Orchestrate messaging across multiple channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
- •Build, maintain, and enrich the Customer Data Model for personalized communication
- •Integrate and improve the Translation Management System for multilingual communication
- •Drive the internationalization of the platform for new markets
- •Develop and execute a clear strategy for the product area
- •Define measurable goals and take ownership of results
- •Connect product strategy to the company mission and keep stakeholders informed
- •Use customer insights and market trends to guide decisions
- •Prioritize initiatives and refine the roadmap based on new information
- •Build trust with stakeholders by setting clear expectations
- •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and secure buy-in
- •Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses
- •Advocate for customer needs and ensure user perspectives shape decisions
