•Support the product manager in analyzing customer requirements
•Design, plan, implement, and optimize ERP solution components
•Coordinate and supervise ERP system design and development activities
•Define, prioritize, and validate customer requirements
•Maintain the product backlog
•Assist ERP users with requirement recording and Change Request creation
•Coordinate business requirements and define functional specifications
•Support solution and system design efforts
•Assist in creating test cases and align with key users
•Participate in ERP system development and release management
•Plan and conduct system and acceptance tests
•Implement requirements from Service Level Agreements
•Support ERP system implementation and service delivery
•Review performance indicators and initiate improvements
•Collaborate with business units and external partners on IT solutions
•Customize the ERP system for specific country needs and customer care
•Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and optimize the application
•Contribute to product strategy and service catalog development
•Monitor and design the ERP solution across functions
•Maintain an overview of the ERP landscape and its interfaces
•Support and supervise business users in ERP system usage
