## Senior Product Designer (m/f/x) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Wien,Innsbruck, Remote in EU --- ##### Your mission **Lead UX and UI Design End-to-End** * Own the design of features and flows from concept to launch * Translate business goals and user needs into clean, effective design solutions * Maintain and evolve our design system **Collaborate Across Teams** * Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align on problems and co-create solutions * Communicate your work clearly and effectively, gathering feedback and driving alignment * Help balance usability, scope, and time-to-market in decision-making **Validate Through Research** * Conduct or support user research and usability testing * Translate insights into actionable design improvements * Champion the user’s perspective in every product conversation **Design with Craft and Consistency** * Deliver high-quality designs for iOS, Android, and web * Uphold visual quality, accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines * Ensure consistency with Bluecode’s design language and brand identity ##### Your profile * 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design * Strong portfolio with shipped consumer-facing products * Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight (or equivalents) * Confident across the full design process: from research to flows, mockups, and prototypes * Excellent attention to detail, with a pragmatic approach when needed * Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is a plus * Fluent in English; German skills are a plus, but not required ##### Why us? * We are a young and dynamic working environment with flat hierarchies * Exciting projects and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to an up-and-coming scale-up * Attractive remuneration, flexible working hours and flexitime * The opportunity to work from home or/and in our modern & central office in Innsbruck or Vienna * Appreciative cooperation with committed and competent colleagues * Regular get-togethers and events with the team in Innsbruck and Vienna **Salary** In accordance with the Austrian IT collective agreement, the gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,843 (full-time), with a willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
