# Senior Product Designer - Content Experiences (all genders) **Berlin** | **Full time** Location: Berlin or Helsinki Team size: 11 Product Design at Zalando is a community of 200+ product designers, content designers, and user researchers. Content Experiences is a growing multi-disciplinary group of 100+ data scientists, engineers, business developers, product designers, and product managers in Helsinki and Berlin working to inspire each individual customer with meaningful fashion moments beyond transactions in a very personalized way. # **THE ROLE AND THE TEAM** We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join the Content Experience (CXP) design team. In this role, you’ll be embedded in the Boards area, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a cohesive, intuitive experience across curated fashion collections, inspiration, and trend content at Zalando - empowering our customers to explore and discover with ease and creativity. As a Senior Product Designer,  you will contribute to the Zalando Product Design community and the larger European design industry by sharing best practices, mentoring and teaching colleagues, crafting best-in-class solutions, bar-raising in design reviews, and sparking inspiring conversations. * You will get the chance to work with multidisciplinary teams, product designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape and help bring to life remarkable customer and partner journeys. * The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-led UX/UI design profile that works fluently across various tools and systems and has strong prototyping and visual design skills alongside advanced UX/UI skills. * Interest and experience in new technologies (AI) is considered a strong plus. * You possess strong collaboration and communication skills. * As a thought leader and role model, you will contribute to the Zalando Product Design community and the larger European design industry by sharing best practices, mentoring and teaching colleagues, crafting best-in-class solutions, bar-raising in design reviews, and sparking inspiring conversations. # content experience #uxdesign #uidesign # **WE'D LIKE TO MEET YOU IF ...** * You have worked on ambiguous strategic projects, are able to create clarity amid uncertainty, and can guide team members through such projects. * You have experience designing and delivering robust and scalable customer experiences by partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and other designers to develop remarkable solutions that can be re-used and adapted. * You love designing innovative technology products and place humans at the center of your design process, ensuring that geeky tech and forward-looking experience design always serve real human needs. * You have in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media concepts, including their architecture, features, and user workflows. * You thrive in collaborative environments and can communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, engineers, and other designers. * You bring a growth mindset and value experimentation — you’re not afraid to test bold ideas, learn from data, and evolve quickly. * You advocate for accessible, inclusive design and are passionate about creating experiences that are intuitive for everyone. * You mentor others and raise the quality of work across the team by giving thoughtful feedback and sharing your craft. # # **WHY JOIN US?** Inspiring peers.
