- •Own the overall product experience for the B2C Memorial Platform
- •Design modern, accessible, and consistent UI components and patterns
- •Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to understand users

- •Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- •Champion design throughout the planning and development lifecycle
- •Translate complex interactions into simple, user-centered solutions
- •Push for standards and design quality across all products
- •Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, and visual designs to agile teams
- •Refine designs as needed during project sprints
- •Plan and observe user tests and design research activities
- •Run discovery workshops with stakeholders to identify product opportunities
- •Test and validate hypotheses to find optimal user solutions
- •Create and track success metrics with Product Managers
- •Develop and iterate on the design system
- •Prototype designs for user research using low- and high-fidelity methods
