Within the Global Process Engineering department of the Center of Excellence Pharmaceuticals in the Hospital Care division, we are looking for a (Senior) Process Expert (f/md) for Pure Media/Weighing/Preparation at the Melsungen site as soon as possible.
The Global Process Engineering department is responsible for the planning, optimization, and standardization of production processes at the global pharmaceutical sites. Our team works closely with the sites to develop efficient, sustainable, and innovative solutions that increase productivity and improve quality.
**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
* You plan and implement projects for pharmaceutical production plants or plant components with a focus on the generation and distribution of pure media as well as aqueous and emulsion preparations in international pharmaceutical production sites
* You take on resource planning for projects and tasks, evaluate offers, and conduct decision analyses
* You implement concept studies to prepare strategic product and production decisions
* You participate in project budgeting and the commissioning of external suppliers and consultants
* You are involved in the development and further development of pharmaceutical packaging materials (primary and secondary) and pharmaceutical processes
* You develop (technical) processes and the associated machines and production plants (further)
* You lead or participate in the creation of SOPs with material-specific issues
* You lead (sub-)projects
* You use required resources cost-consciously and regularly control costs in collaboration with controlling
**Professional Competencies:**
* You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical technology, or a related field; further qualifications are an advantage
* You have many years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production and pharmaceutical plant engineering
* You have experience in project management as well as very good knowledge of process technology with the above-mentioned focus
* Very good German and English skills complete your profile
