Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree or engineering background in Biotechnological, Chemical, or Biochemical Engineering
  • •5+ years’ experience in biotech or industrial production environments
  • •Success leading and executing industrial‑scale continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Knowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, valves, instrumentation, and piping integration
  • •Understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and batch process control
  • •Expertise in fermentation, separation, and stabilization technologies
  • •Commitment to food safety regulations and standards like FSSC22000, 21 CFR part 111, and EHEDG
  • •Working knowledge of industrial microbiology and biotechnology
  • •Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
  • •Ability to challenge status quo and identify improvement opportunities
  • •Analytical mindset with organizational and execution capabilities
  • •Ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions

  • •Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications
  • •Define process control and automation needs
  • •Execute FAT, SAT, and qualification activities
  • •Support Process Safety Management workflows
