Senior Process and Equipment Engineer – CVD/PVD(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• •Minimum 5+ years of experience in equipment and process engineering focused on PVD, CVD, dielectric, and metal deposition
• •Proven expertise in deposition process development and optimization, including PVD and CVD/ALD techniques
• •Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in process control methodologies (e.g., SPC)
• •Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to process inefficiencies
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and training
• •Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in semiconductor manufacturing processes
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Extensive experience in semiconductor deposition technologies with focus on process improvement and yield optimization
