Anforderungen
- •Degree in Law, Business, IT, or comparable
- •Certification in data compliance or AI governance
- •Longterm professional experience in privacy
- •Sound knowledge of GDPR and BDSG
- •Expertise in complex privacy compliance projects
- •Fluent English and German skills
- •Additional language skills preferred
- •Solid MS Office skills
- •Good communication and teamwork skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and implement the Privacy Compliance Management System
- •Identify and assess complex data protection risks
- •Collaborate with Works Councils to clear privacy projects
- •Ensure cross-border data transfers comply with regulations
- •Review third-party contracts for privacy and vendor risk
- •Advise on compliance and conduct impact assessments
- •Communicate directly with Data Protection Authorities
- •Document data processing activities in the central RoPA
- •Draft privacy policies, procedures, and legal notices
- •Manage and respond to data subject requests
- •Coordinate global privacy implementation across different regions
- •Monitor, report, and prevent data breaches
- •Prepare for data protection audits and controls
- •Raise awareness and provide privacy compliance training
