Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in vehicle dynamics control algorithm development for production vehicles
  • Expertise in chassis and wheel dynamics control, including Traction Control, ESC, and ABS
  • Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics, tire behavior, and chassis–powertrain interaction
  • Knowledge of active chassis actuators
  • Extensive experience with model-based development and relevant toolchains
  • Successful experience in product development and release
  • Demonstrated ability to define product direction, innovate, and deliver new control technologies
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and technical guidance
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as technical and product owner for Wheel Dynamics control algorithms
  • Lead design, development, and validation of control algorithms for Traction Control, ESC, and ABS
  • Integrate control logic between chassis and powertrain systems
  • Identify trends and promote innovative motion control solutions
  • Define architecture and requirements for optimal performance
  • Leverage model-based development for modeling, simulation, and verification
  • Optimize vehicle stability and wheel dynamics algorithms for electrified powertrains
  • Support vehicle testing and refine control logic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production integration
  • Mentor engineers and present technical ideas to influence product strategy
