- •Lead scientific teams and personnel development
- •Develop strategic concepts for extended-release ocular formulations
- •Manage end-to-end development from feasibility to registration
- •Scout and implement innovative drug delivery technologies
- •Oversee external collaborations with CDMOs
- •Represent the drug product department in international teams
- •Coordinate pharmaceutical development activities for NCE projects
- •Apply QbD and QRM principles to product development
- •Prepare and approve manufacturing documentation and SOPs
- •Contribute to regulatory submissions and health authority queries
- •Support patent applications with the intellectual property team
- •Foster cross-functional knowledge exchange within the scientific network
- •Represent the company in external scientific organizations
