Anforderungen

  • •PhD or equivalent in biology, pharmacology, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, or related disciplines
  • •Solid knowledge of discovery DMPK, in vitro ADME, pharmacology, and/or biology
  • •Collaborative, innovative, and proactive personality with outstanding teamwork and excellent communication skills in English
  • •Additional requirements as Principal Scientist
  • •PhD or equivalent in biology, pharmacology, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, or related disciplines with ideally long-term industrial experience
  • •In-depth knowledge of discovery DMPK, in vitro ADME, and pharmacology-related topics, ideally combined with experience as a DMPK representative in cross-functional research projects

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide solutions to ADME challenges in Drug Discovery programs
  • •Collaborate with in vitro ADME lab leaders on research projects
  • •Consult project teams on drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters
  • •Optimize drug properties to support candidate selection
  • •Participate in external expert groups within the ADME scientific community
  • •Work with Development in vitro ADME colleagues on translating assays
  • •Act as an interface with vivo PK and clinical pharmacology teams
  • •Coach and support the development of junior research scientists
