We are seeking a **Senior Pre-Sales & Sales Manager (m/w/d)** starting on **01.01.2026**. The role’s mandate is to independently drive new business and strategic sales of Connectivity hardware, software, and services to Automotive OEMs by identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer partnerships.
## Job Description
* **New Business Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue Automotive OEM accounts independently and/or with go-to-market partners with a focus on driving net-new revenue for the HW+ and SW & Services platforms.
* **Opportunity Creation**: Use your network and insights to uncover unmet needs at the customer and transform them into tangible, long-term partnerships.
* **Strategic Prospecting**: Target key decision-makers, initiate high-impact conversations, and pitch innovative connectivity solutions tailored to Automotive OEM challenges.
* **Pre-Sales:** Collaborate with the go-to-market partner and establish a clear technical/product understanding of the customer requirements and Bosch products and services offerings.
* **Deal Ownership**: Lead the full sales cycle from cold call to signed contract, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
* **Market Penetration**: Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for assigned regions with and/or without an additional go-to-market partner, expanding our footprint in untapped and underserved customers.
* **Competitive Positioning**: Position BGSG as a top-tier innovation partner in the space of Connectivity HW+ and SW & Services by staying ahead of market trends and articulating clear business value.
## Qualifications
* **Education:** Graduate or Masters Degree in Engineering, Management Degree in Sales is an added advantage.
* **Hunter Mindset:** You thrive on building from scratch, opening new accounts, and consistently hitting ambitious sales targets.
* **Automotive Domain:** A good understanding of the automotive domain, and ability to understand the requirements and explain the different product portfolios in the automotive space.
* **Proven Track Record:** Extensive experience (8-10 years) of involved in the sales of products and services across Europe in the automotive domain.
* **Industry Know-How:** Strong understanding and connections with European OEMs.
* **Entrepreneurial Drive:** Self-motivated, autonomous, and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities.
* **Language Skills:** Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
