Anforderungen
- •At least five years of experience in portfolio or project management, operations or digital transformation
- •Strong skills in using Microsoft 365, proficient in workflow automation solutions, confident in project management systems such as Sitetracker
- •Importance of accurate, reliable data and clear quality standards
- •Analytical thinking and process optimisation
- •Confident communication in English and German in a business environment
- •Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
- •Completed degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable field
- •5–8 years of experience in renewable energy project development, especially in PV
- •Knowledge of relevant German regulatory frameworks and approval processes
- •Excellent project management skills and strong organizational talent
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Fluent communication in German and English, willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally internationally

- •Ensure high data quality across project portfolios
- •Keep master data up to date
- •Establish standards and controls for reliable portfolio reporting
- •Drive digitalisation and optimisation of development processes
- •Automate workflows and integrate decision-making mechanisms
- •Establish structured feedback and learning loops
- •Transfer lessons learned to systems like Sitetracker
- •Implement and manage commercial contract management
- •Ensure regulatory compliance and audit-proof documentation
- •Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders for accurate project reporting
- •Oversee utility-scale PV and BESS projects from origination to RTB/FID
- •Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
- •Integrate battery storage systems into photovoltaic projects
- •Coordinate closely with engineering teams on hybrid solutions
- •Manage all permitting activities according to German regulations
- •Develop efficient workflows and maintain relationships with authorities
- •Handle land rights and grid connections
- •Prepare robust investment proposals and comprehensive project documentation
- •Build trusting relationships with landowners, grid operators, regulators, and local communities
- •Provide clear project updates and coordinate with finance, legal, engineering, and HSSE teams
