Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
•10+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or AI-enabled development
•Application Development and/or Integration Development experience
•Knowledge of competitive platform technologies including Vibe Coding and/or Integration technologies
•Exposure to Agentic AI development and orchestration frameworks
•Strong communication and architecture influencing skills
•Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite including Advanced Event Mesh and any competitive iPaaS solution
•Understanding of SAP’s BTP strategy and FRE maturity models (L1–L5)
•Spanish or French language skills preferred

•Provide thought leadership on enterprise application development
•Increase domain maturity through structured customer engagements
•Support regions in creating SAP BTP consumption plans
•Drive demand generation for SAP BTP consumption targets
•Shape and maintain a pipeline of consumption opportunities
•Deliver architectural guidance to customer teams
•Amplify global FRE strategy and ensure consistency across regions
•Contribute to consumption forecasting and impact analysis
•Engage in strategic customer discussions and events
•Collaborate on recovery plans for underperforming accounts
•Generate consumption demands across market units
•Oversee the consumption opportunity lifecycle
•Own domain-aligned campaigns with marketing teams
•Drive the Voice of Customer insights for the domain
