- •Deep functional expertise in People Operations
- •Ability to advise managers on people matters
- •Knowledge of compliance-relevant People Ops topics
- •Attention to detail, reliability, and structure
- •HRIS proficiency and data affinity
- •Understanding of business priorities and frameworks
- •Excellent German and English communication skills
