Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related
- •Master’s preferred
- •5–10 years PCB layout experience
- •Skilled with Altium, Xpedition, OrCAD, or KiCad
- •Strong in SI/PI/EMI-compliant layout
- •Ability to balance electrical, thermal, and mechanical constraints
- •Solid knowledge of PCB manufacturing, DFM/DFT, and material selection
- •Hands-on with high-speed interfaces and PDN design
- •Ability to interpret SI/PI simulations
- •Experience with eCAD-MCAD workflows
- •Familiar with VNA, TDR, scopes, and logic analyzers
- •Understanding of thermal cycling and reliability testing
- •Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- •Fluent in English; Chinese a plus
- •Collaborative team player

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain and update the CAD components library
- •Collaborate with Mechanical and Thermal designers to introduce new components
- •Manage tools and workflows for data synchronization across eCAD platforms
- •Oversee eCAD-MCAD interoperability for seamless model exchange
- •Translate schematic diagrams into PCB layouts while ensuring design compliance
- •Optimize board utilization and stack-up strategy considering various constraints
- •Design complex, high-density, multi-layer PCBs using tools like Altium Designer
- •Create high-speed layouts according to SI requirements for memory and communication interfaces
- •Develop advanced low-voltage, high-current delivery systems for GPUs and processors
- •Apply simulation-driven design methodologies for SI/PI verification
- •Work with EMS partners to prepare PCB designs for manufacturing
- •Interface with EMS during production to resolve technical issues
- •Coordinate functional, electrical, and mechanical validation on final boards
- •Create and maintain accurate design documentation, including schematics and BOMs
- •Ensure documentation meets internal standards for cross-functional workflows
