**Who you are:**
As a key member of Cyber Protection & Digital Asset Security within the Electronics (EL) Cyber Security team, you are a trusted advisor and strategist in securing IT & ICS/OT. Your consultative role focuses on integrating robust security measures into the lifecycle of OT systems and products with digital components, ensuring that Cyber Security controls are embedded throughout development, deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. Part of your key responsibilities are: Develop and review security architectures by establishing Cyber Security requirements for OT systems throughout their lifecycle—from initial concept to decommissioning—ensuring the secure design of technical solutions, such as IAM for OT. Consult with business and technical stakeholders on managing the lifecycle of OT systems, including requirements definition, deployment, testing, operation, maintenance, and retirement. Lead threat modeling and technical risk analyses to identify and advise on mitigating security risk within IT & OT environments. Provide strategic and hands-on guidance on implementing robust security controls and vulnerability management processes tailored to OT systems and products with digital components.
**Who you are:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, Cyber Security, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security related field, with a focused background in security architecture design and developing secure SDLC processes within OT/ICS environments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement security frameworks based on standards such as NIST CSF, IEC 62443, SEMI E187, E188, and other industry-specific requirements.
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., GICSP/SANS ICS410, ISA/IEC 62443 Cyber Security Design Specialist / Risk Assessment Specialist, CISM) are considered a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing secure strategies for products with digital components (esp. in OT environments), including guiding the secure development process.
- Excellent soft skills, including an open mind, strong curiosity, and a willingness to develop new skills.
