# (Senior) Operations / Administration Specialist (f/m/d) Sustainability Engineering
**What you`ll do**
The key responsibilities are:
* Budget management for travel and 3rd party across the various product teams
* E2E External Workforce Management process
* Support Travel & Event arrangements: Coordinating across offices to ensure travel arrangements to key events and
* Internal meetings: Organization, preparation, and moderation of internal meetings and offsites.
* Calendar management: Ensuring the executive’s calendar is well managed and aligned with
* Responsible for organizational communication / channels. This includes the setup and regular maintenance of collaboration platforms.
* Project management: Ad hoc projects related to the business, if your capacity allows.
* Go-to person in the Markdorf lab for administrative topics.
**What you bring**
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Proficient in collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Wiki etc.
* Well-structured and organized and with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle
* The ability to work and communicate effortlessly at all levels, and in a multi-national environment is essential
* Fluent spoken and written English is a must

GreenToken is an accounting and traceability platform for certified commodities, giving full provenance about complete supply chain for all ingredients for a (finished) product.
SDX (SAP Sustainability Data Exchange) is a new solution specifically designed to securely exchange standardized sustainability data, including product footprints, along the value chain. The solution allows companies to effectively share emissions and other data with their customers to help companies decarbonize their value chains.
