Anforderungen
- •University degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or similar field
- •At least 10 years of work experience in Audit, IT governance, IT compliance, IT security, Cybersecurity, or project management with regulatory focus
- •Very good knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and its classification in the regulatory landscape
- •Solid understanding of IT security standards and risk management processes
- •Experience with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or similar
- •Proficiency in audit methodologies and documentation practices
- •Knowledge of Siemens IT and internal processes based on previous experience
- •Ability to moderate different units and provide targeted advice
- •Very good project management and organizational skills
- •Excellent communication skills and sensitivity in making regulatory requirements understandable
- •Experience in building and maintenance of professional networks
- •Intercultural experience and ability to manage global collaboration
- •ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- •CISM, CISA certifications
- •Other certificates in IT security management or IT governance
- •Fluent in German and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

- •Develop guidance, toolkits, and templates for IT units
- •Provide training and awareness measures for IT units and regional entities
- •Conduct gap analyses and pre-audit assessments to identify compliance risks
- •Advise IT units on mapping NIS2 national legislation to their processes
- •Drive consistent implementation and exchange of best practices
- •Coordinate with internal functions to align NIS2 strategy
- •Support preparation for external audits and related certifications
- •Manage interactions with stakeholders and external auditors
