Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- •Master’s or MBA preferred
- •5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical engagement, physician relations, medical affairs or digital health
- •Proven track record in driving clinician engagement and adoption
- •Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- •Ability to work independently in the field
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities
- •Very good German and English skills (both written and spoken)

- •Develop and execute medical engagement strategies for ENTs, GPs, audiology clinics, and tinnitus specialists
- •Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals in tinnitus management and digital health
- •Plan and deliver trainings, webinars, clinical discussions, site visits, and community engagement events
- •Define and execute clinically relevant content strategies to support app adoption and user engagement
- •Collaborate with product, medical affairs, and marketing teams to integrate content into digital health solutions
- •Monitor engagement metrics, app adoption, and ROI; report results and optimize activities
- •Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field teams to scale best practices and successful engagement models
