Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical building services design
- •Proven capability delivering HKLS designs from concept through construction
- •Strong technical expertise in HKLS systems
- •Experience preparing and reviewing calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings
- •Professional German language skills (C1 minimum) and good working proficiency in English (B2 minimum)
- •Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- •Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- •Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent), or working toward professional accreditation
- •Additional training in sustainable, low-carbon, fire suppression, or advanced plumbing systems
- •Experience delivering HKLS projects across various sectors
- •Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead mechanical design packages
- •Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit within multidisciplinary BIM environments
- •Capability to support the development of internal standards and workflows

- •Lead HKLS mechanical designs across all project phases
- •Manage multiple projects from concept to construction and handover
- •Develop, review, and approve mechanical designs and calculations
- •Design and coordinate heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
- •Mentor and support junior engineers in workload coordination
- •Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and internal MEP teams
- •Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards
- •Report to the Line Manager and support internal standards development
