Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- •5-7 years of professional experience with Marketing
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Knowledge of sports marketing and sponsorship principles
- •Creative problem solving skills
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Very strong project management skills
- •Profound knowledge of the German market
- •Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Implement a local touchpoint and media strategy for the German market
- •Manage the marketing budget for the German market, including spend planning and reporting
- •Ensure the implementation of the media strategy in collaboration with the Media Senior Manager
- •Drive the development and execution of sports marketing and sponsorship initiatives
- •Steer local Creative and Influencer Marketing agencies for effective campaign execution
- •Manage all marketing channels and touchpoints with a focus on customer KPI management
- •Localize and execute global campaigns across relevant touchpoints
- •Develop and implement additional local marketing activities to support overall strategy
- •Stay updated on market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities
- •Ensure consistency in communication and tone of voice across all touchpoints
