(Senior) Manager - Technology Consulting - AI & Data(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive business development in AI and Data while designing innovative solutions for Swiss Financial Services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with diverse teams to tackle complex data challenges.

Anforderungen

• •Higher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
• •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance
• •Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams
• •Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions such as CRM, CBS, KYC, Data Platforms
• •Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning
• •Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts
• •Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI
• •Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
• •Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders
• •Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
• •Full professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
• •Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
