## Senior Manager Tax Compliance

##### Job Purpose
As the Senior Manager Tax Compliance you will ensure global tax compliance, manage transfer pricing, oversee tax reporting, and advise on tax implications for business initiatives.
**Key accountabilities:**
* Supervise tax reporting to ensure timely and accurate completion.
* Own the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
* Liaise with external tax advisors and provide support during tax audits.
* Design and maintain global tax strategy in collaboration with senior management.
* Ensure global compliance with transfer pricing (TP) tax regulations.
* Ownership of Masterfile documentation and other relevant TP documentation.
* Monitor tax and customs law changes.
* Support strategic initiatives and provide advise to the business from a tax perspective.
##### Your profile
**Education:**
* University degree in Finance or Business
**Experience:**
* 6 to 8 years of experience in areas described.
* Proven track record of success with strong analytical and cross-functional project management experience.
* Experience with the Swiss Principal Tax model is highly desirable, knowledge of US tax system a strong plus.
**Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:**
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.
**Work Location:**
* 2 days a week in our Zug Office
