The **Service Operations Support (SOS)** department is the backbone of our regional operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across procurement, outsourcing, training, and business support by
* being the interface towards Procurement and suppliers for the work packages we outsource
* manage the operational outsourcing (ordering, scheduling, administration, quality assurance, etc.) management of Vestas technician teams which temporarily support from outside the own region
* business support to ensure an efficient execution of administrative tasks
* training coordination for the technicians for the whole Service region Central and
* acting as the interface to the Vestas training academy
**Your Role** as the **(Senior) Manager Service Operations Support**, you will:
* Lead a team of ~9 direct reports and ~90 employees across multiple functions
* Oversee all subcontracting activities, ensuring budget adherence and operational excellence
* Act as the primary liaison for external service providers, suppliers, and training partners
* Ensure quality assurance, scheduling, and administration for outsourced work packages
* Coordinate technician training across the region in partnership with the Vestas Training Academy
* Serve as the escalation point for procurement, finance, and workwear-related matters
