Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive the creation and implementation of best practices and policies
- •Execute and coordinate cross-functional sales projects
- •Report and monitor the execution of the Wholesale Transformation pillar
- •Create a process for tracking and capturing input on market and country levels
- •Ensure accurate and consistent customer primary data
- •Answer internal inquiries about Customer Primary Data application
- •Lead global communication with markets on Customer Primary Data usage
- •Develop understanding of Customer Primary Data's impact on planning and reporting
- •Represent Global Wholesale in the Customer Primary Data network
- •Enhance and adapt the Global approach to customer mapping
- •Support ad hoc tasks, including updates for meetings and analysis preparation
- •Practice standard project management and effective communication
- •Organize workshops with markets and global functions
- •Build collaborative relationships across channels and departments
- •Set and assess personal ambitious objectives regularly
- •Collaborate with project team members
