Senior Manager, Quality Management(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the quality management efforts at the Heidelberg site, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various functions and maintaining high product quality.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in natural science or engineering topic
• •Minimum 4 years of professional experience in in vitro diagnostics or similar industry
• •Leadership skills including people management
• •Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17025, GMP, IVDR and quality system regulations
• •Ability to analyze data and present analyses to different audiences
• •Mastery of root cause analysis processes and statistical methods
• •Basic Lean-Six-Sigma skills, Lean-Six-Sigma greenbelt preferred
• •Very good language skills in German and English
• •Very good knowledge of common software applications
