We’re looking for a **Senior Manager, Marketing Content & Campaigns** (m/f/d) to join our team at UPM Biochemicals in Leuna. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll shape and drive high-impact marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue and margin growth. **Who you are**
* You have a minimum of 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in chemicals, advanced materials, or related industries
* You have a proven ability developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable business results
* You’ve led brand strategy initiatives positioning to activation at the contracting stage
* You excel in content strategy and development, including messaging, storytelling, and product value propositions
* You know how to align marketing strategy with commercial targets (revenue, margin, customer acquisition)
* You collaborate seamlessly with sales, commercial, and business development teams in cross-functional setups
