Anforderungen

•Strong background in contract and IP law, drafting, negotiation and business counselling
•7+ years of law firm experience with a focus on commercial law or in-house counsel experience
•US Law Degree with legal professional admission in good standing
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
•Strong sense of legal business management and administration
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Ability to effectively communicate complex issues
•Very good PC skills, including knowledge of latest AI applications and MS Office
•Enthusiasm and representation of the company's value of integrity

•Manage day-to-day legal needs for US-related projects
•Provide legal services for Innovation, Product Development & Sourcing, and Creative Direction
•Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
•Assess legal risks and facilitate dispute avoidance and resolution
•Negotiate resolutions for legal and business disputes
•Supervise and manage delivery of legal services through outside counsel
•Develop and conduct educational programs on relevant legal areas
•Ensure compliance with communication and education related to the Fair Play framework
