Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- •5–10 years in IT service delivery, operations, or infrastructure management
- •5 years or more experience in leading teams
- •Certifications (preferred): ITIL Foundation/Expert, PMP, ISO 20000, or similar
- •Strong leadership and communication abilities
- •High impact regarding trust, productivity and service quality as leader, manager and mentor
- •Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and related best practices in Service Delivery
- •Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- •Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, or similar
- •Experience with DevSecOps working model
- •Fluency in English; Fluency in German or other languages as added value

- •Design and manage IT service delivery for stakeholders
- •Conceive and implement cloud infrastructure projects
- •Develop the IT Target operating model with leadership
- •Serve as the main contact for service issues and escalations
- •Implement security controls to protect cloud infrastructure
- •Lead initiatives for service improvement and customer satisfaction
- •Design and implement data storage and archiving solutions
- •Create disaster recovery plans for cloud services
- •Align closely with IT Operations and related activities
- •Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
- •Mentor IT support and operations teams
- •Update the skill matrix and ensure team skill development
- •Collaborate with business units to align IT services
- •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- •Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
- •Participate in IT audits and risk assessments
- •Maintain documentation for operational procedures
- •Monitor and report on service performance and improvements
- •Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
