Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • •5–10 years in IT service delivery, operations, or infrastructure management
  • •5 years or more experience in leading one or more teams
  • •Certifications (preferred): ITIL Foundation/Expert, PMP, ISO 20000, or similar
  • •Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • •High impact regarding trust, productivity and service quality as leader, manager and mentor
  • •Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and related best practices in Service Delivery
  • •Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems
  • •Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, or similar
  • •Experience with DevSecOps working model
  • •Fluency in English; Fluency in German or other languages as added value

  • •Design and manage IT service delivery for stakeholders
  • •Conceive and implement cloud infrastructure projects
  • •Develop the IT target operating model with leadership
  • •Serve as the main contact for service issues and escalations
  • •Implement security controls for cloud infrastructure
  • •Lead initiatives to improve service and customer satisfaction
  • •Design and implement data storage and archiving solutions
  • •Create disaster recovery plans for cloud services
  • •Align closely with IT operations and related activities
  • •Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
  • •Mentor IT support and operations teams
  • •Update the skill matrix and ensure team skill development
  • •Collaborate with business units to align IT services
  • •Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • •Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations
  • •Participate in IT audits and risk assessments
  • •Maintain documentation for operational procedures
  • •Monitor and report on service performance and improvements
  • •Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
