* Manage multi-disciplinary project teams at our clients to provide a broad range of solutions and capabilities including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities and business integration.
* Advise our clients on their change initiatives and operating model design.
* Driving the topic customer excellence, sales and distribution management for our clients in the financial service industry.
* Work with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to communicate the impact of new regulation.
* Deepen your expertise and grow through tailored trainings and access to learning and development.
## Your Skill Set
* A degree preferably in business, communication, IT, engineering, or digital discipline and at least 8 years of work experience.
* Gained previous work experience in the (re)insurance industry or in consulting and you bring relevant experience in customer experience strategy projects and/or transformation projects backed by technology.
* Analytical thinking, high customer orientation and a high motivation to work in a dynamic team are your distinguishing characteristics.
* Experience in program management for large scale projects and programs.
* Deep understanding of related business processes playing a leading role in a large transformation program ideally combined with agile/SAFe experience.
* Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
