Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology
- •Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail, Manufacturing, or Life Science
- •Practical project management experience in HR environments with knowledge of HR strategy and processes
- •Strong business acumen and experience in sales activities, including proposal development and storytelling
- •Excellent conceptual skills and rational thinking with technological understanding
- •Structured reliable work style with eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations
- •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French at C1 level
