**Senior Manager Group Procurement PMO**
The Senior Manager Group Procurement PMO is a member of Procurement insight and & Excellence.
This role functions as the Project Management Officer (PMO), overseeing organization design, value capture, integration, and other strategic initiatives. Additionally, it serves as the procurement lead for key cross-functional initiatives.
The role will ensure that high-impact programs:

The PMO Senior Manager will play a significant role to enhance cross functional collaboration within procurement (Group/Regional/markets) and beyond procurement( quality, planning, Carlsberg Excellence, Innovation, Commercial, Marketing, and etc.
The position will be based in 8866 Ziegelbrücke (greater area Zurich), Switzerland. The required skills & competencies to succeed in this role are:

**Education:**
* Minimum of a Bachelor's or University degree is required.

**Experience:**

* Establish and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders in the ISC Leadership Team, Finance, Group Internal Audit and other functions related to project tasks.
* Act as a key liaison for initiatives from ISC Leadership Team and Procurement Leadership Team.
* Contribute to increasing and developing the capabilities of Procurement employees.
* Provide expertise on optimizing procurement process.
