## Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

##### Job Purpose
As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will not only lead the financial planning process of the Company, but will also assist in purchase to pay operations.
**Key accountabilities:**
* Lead financial planning processes, development of detailed budget and financial forecasts, including collaborating with senior management members of the respective functions.
* Consolidate, analyze and summarize data from inputs coming from business partners for management reporting.
* Track quarterly financial reports, analyzing differences between results and original budget, in costs and headcount (and sales in the future when we commercialize).
* Drive productivity improvements of FP&A tasks and company activities.
* Oversee P2P operations, including contracts and PO Management, invoice processing and travel & expense management.
* Manage and ensure development of a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.
##### Your profile
**Education:**
* University degree in Finance or Business
**Experience:**
* 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A Roles.
* Experience in SAP or Oracle, or other EPM systems.
* Good understanding financial reporting concepts, US GAAP knowledge is a plus
**Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:**
* Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of using data tools to drive decision-making and managing large pools of data in Excel.
* Proactive communication style with the ability to build/foster relationships with business partners.
* Excellent written and verbal English skills, along with quantitative, interper-sonal, and analytical skills.
**Work Location:**
* 2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office.
